- Participation is contingent on maintaining a strong fit with the group
- If misalignment arises, the Facilitator may address it directly with the participant
- Adjustments may include repositioning within another group or discontinuing participation if necessary
This ensures the integrity and value of the group for all members.

- No refunds are given for monthly payment plans
- If a member chooses to discontinue participation, no further monthly payments are required
- For members who select the pay-in-full option, any refund will be calculated on a pro-rated basis using the paid-in-full amount ($8,000), less a $1,500 onboarding allocation. The remaining balance will be prorated based on the unused portion of the program.
10. Termination
The Facilitator reserves the right to remove a participant if:
- Confidentiality is breached

- Participation is consistently misaligned with group expectations
Any such action will be handled with professionalism and communication.
